FAQ

Cottage Food Laws/Allergen Statement

Simply Treats by Rosie, LLC is a home based business and operates under the New Jersey Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are free of allergens. Our kitchen is not free of dairy, egg, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy or gluten.

Payment

A 50% non refundable deposit is required up front so that I can secure your date. Your balance is due a week before the scheduled event.

Delivery & Pick Up

We deliver locally within 10 miles of Sayreville, NJ. Anything outside 10 miles of Sayreville is subject to mileage fees. Pickup is available if necessary.

How far in advance should I place my order?

I always recommend booking about 2-3 weeks out if not earlier. Our calendars book rather quickly, and since we participate in vendor events, our availability is very limited.

What are your packaging options?

We offer several package options for cookies: heat sealed bags, cello bags wrapped & tied with ribbon or boxed. For different treats, we offer solely cello bags. Personalized tags are available.

How do Dessert Tables work?

We manage everything from start to finish. The design, setup, breakdown, takeaways, decor, etc. We set up at your event prior to the start time, we make sure everything is ready and good to go. Once the event is over, we come back to break down everything, we ensure all of our rentals go back and anything specially made gets returned to you.
